Alex is a second generation Realtor serving Chicago land homebuyers and sellers for over 15 years. After being a general manager of 4 Re/Max offices with over 150 agents and 450 million in production in 2004 Alex founded Hudson Street Realty. He specializes in condominium development and affordable housing. Alex is dedicated and committed to increasing Latino homeownership and serving the Real Estate community. Alex is co founder and immediate past president of the NAHREP Chicago Chapter. It has grown to 350 members since 2002. He serves on the National Board of Directors for NAHREP, Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is the incoming President for the Chicago Association of Realtors, the first Latino to hold this position in its 123 year history. Alex lives in Chicago with his wife Susana and two children, Ethan who is 10 and Adam who is 4.
