Jimmie Gonzalez has been with Prudential for over 18 years. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations and Systems at Prudential Retirement. In this role, he oversees the company’s interests in annuities, funding agreements, as well as defined contributions and defined benefits. As a corporate executive, Gonzalez is active in the planning, due diligence, transition and integration of acquired businesses.

Gonzalez’ corporate volunteer activities include serving as member, board member and advisory for numerous community organizations that support minorities and social development. He was recognized by Hispanic Business Magazine as one of the Top 100 Influential Hispanics, and was awarded the National Eagle Leadership Institute Award by Career Focus Magazine.
