José Menéndez is the VP/Director of Multicultural Markets for Stewart Title and guides the company's business development opportunities in the domestic real estate market. Previously he served as the company's commercial marketing executive in the San Antonio area. Menéndez' business career has been greatly influenced by his civic career as an elected official in the Texas House of Representatives for Bexlar County (District_124) and has served in leadership roles on a variety of committees. This includes: Chairman of the Budget Oversight for House Committee on Urban Affairs, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Education and the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues, to name a few. Menéndez also served a two-year term on San Antonio's City Council for District 6.
