Larry Gilmore is Vice President of Emerging Markets at Option One, a residential mortgage services provider and subsidiary of H&R Block Mortgage. His responsibilities include developing and implementing a business strategy to expand and sustain their outreach to emerging markets, particularly among minority and immigrant segments, as well as developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the community, consumer advocacy, and minority real estate professional organizations. He also serves as Diversity Council Chair to support the company’s diversity efforts.

For the past 10 years, he has served in numerous community development organizations. Currently, he is Deputy Director for the Hope Now Alliance, an organization that helps veterans and at-risk homeowners stay in their homes during challenging market times.
