With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Lenny McNeill is the Executive Vice President and National Multicultural Sales Manager of Countrywide Home Loan’s Consumer Market Division. He has direct oversight for the retail sales workforce serving home financing needs that supports the nation’s multicultural markets. Before taking on this role, McNeill held the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, where he was in charge of 18 Countrywide branches in the Los Angeles area.

McNeill was a contributor to the 2006 Essence Magazine Home Ownership Challenge and was recently named as one of the top 100 Blacks in Corporate America in the Black Professionals Magazine. He is also active in community development activities, serving as board member in organizations that support housing and minorities.
