Paula comes to us from the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) where she served nine years, the last four as its director of membership and before that as assistant director of member recruitment. She served also as Acting Vice President during a crucial period at the ACA.
During her tenure, Paula developed procedures to track membership trends, strategically designed and directed member recruitment and retention campaigns, managed marketing collateral, developed departmental budgets, implemented training, and oversaw dues billing, list management and statistical reporting. Paula’s success in consistent membership renewals and increased overall membership earned her numerous distinguished-service awards at ACA. Paula’s motto is “Excellent customer service, one member at a time.”
Fluent in Spanish, Paula is a member of the American Society for Association Executives and also the American Marketing Association. She attended George Mason University, pursuing psychology, also general management studies.
