¡Saludos! You've arrived at the home of the only trade association exclusively focused on advancing sustainable Hispanic homeownership. Our members are successful entrepreneurs and business people who embrace the importance of staying well connected and informed.
Latino consumers are the primary drivers of the nation's housing market and are a major component of our workforce. NAHREP is committed to leading the industry by ensuring that our members are prepared to help Latinos who are ready, willing and able homebuyers to experience the highest level of professional service available in the market today.
We work in one of the best industries in the country, where anyone can be as successful as they want to be by working hard and smart. NAHREP promotes this spirit of empowerment, encouraging our members not to set limits on what they can achieve.
NAHREP is proud to play a critical role in ensuring that our members have the information and resources they need to succeed in a rapidly changing market. Our chapter and national events offer education that's relevant to your local market, networking that gets you engaged with the other top producers in your community, and top notch speakers whose messages will guide your business to the next level. We strive to bring our members an environment where "business and cultura" can thrive.
My goal as NAHREP president is to lead our organization of passionate real estate professionals to think differently and to become more than they imagined they could ever be. THAT'S the power NAHREP brings.
As 2014 National President, my vision for the association's work this year is simple:
- We'll continue to expand membership and will reach a broader audience in every market
- We'll continue to provide leadership opportunities and professional education to our members
- We'll continue to put on world-class conventions with Latino flavor, because the combination of "business and cultura" is our secret sauce
- And we will continue to press our legislators on all of our policy positions, and more fervently this year on immigration reform - because our country needs to simply do the right thing and bring 11 million people out of the shadows.
We're going to stay the course, we're going to get bigger, better, stronger because NAHREP has emerged as a major player in the housing industry and because our members recognize that today is the greatest time to be Latino in America. If you are not currently a NAHREP member I encourage you to join today. ¡Adelante!
2014 NAHREP President
