NAHREP Chair Testifies Before Congressional Committee

NAHREP Chairman Alex Chaparro testified before a joint hearing of The Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity and The Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations on May 12 on the ability of minority and women-owned businesses to access government contracts in housing and financial services. In his comments to the committees, Chaparro spoke to the challenges that face minority businesses in the competition for government business.
