Every year, NAHREP Chapters across the country are coached and guided by some of the most successful NAHREP veterans and former Chapter Presidents. All of the NAHREP coaches are real estate industry professionals and bring a very unique set of skills to the chapter program. They are proven leaders, and we look forward to sharing their talents with our chapter board members. We are pleased to announce this year’s team of coaches and look forward to the great things they’ll achieve in 2016!

Maria Alvarez, 2015 President, NAHREP LA San Gabriel Valley – Maria has been in the real estate industry for nine years, starting off as a lender and transitioning into a full-time agent in 2009. She cites being a part of the founding Board of Directors of the NAHREP LA San Gabriel Valley chapter as one of her proudest achievements.

Tina Marie Estrada, Corporate Account Executive, NAHREP and 2014 NAHREP Orange County President – A savvy Orange County businesswoman, Tina Marie set out to start her own brokerage out of her apartment in the middle of the housing meltdown and has experienced unparalleled success ever since. Her hard work and dedication earned her the title of #2 agent in Orange County in 2013. Through her work with NAHREP, she prides herself on enriching the community she serves.

Helen Hernandez Archer, Director, NAHREP and 2014 NAHREP Atlanta President – Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Helen comes from a family of agents as her parents were some of the first brokers and real estate instructors on the island. Helen has an associate broker’s license in Georgia and is partner owner of Luxe Living Properties team at Keller Williams First Atlanta. As Program Chairman, Helen will be a coach to the coaches, guiding them to success through mentorship. Director, NAHREP and NAHREP Atlanta Past President – Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Helen comes from a family of agents as her parents were some of the first brokers and real estate instructors on the island along. Danny Hernandez, 2013 President, NAHREP Central Florida – Danny is the founder of Evista REsources Realty, Inc. A consistent honoree of the Top 250 Latino Agent award, Danny has found much success working with developers both in Florida and abroad. Danny currently sits on the NAHREP Corporate Board of Governors where he provides market intelligence and advises the association on important business development ideas.

John Loyacono, 2014 President, NAHREP South Florida – John has dedicated his career to assisting the recovery of the foreclosure crisis by focusing on lending to first time home buyers, specifically multicultural and low to moderate income borrowers. He speaks regularly at industry events to promote education and training as it pertains to distressed and challenging markets.

JR Martinez, Director, NAHREP & 2010 NAHREP Fort Worth President – JR has served many different posts during his time with NAHREP, including National Board Secretary, President of the North Texas Chapter, and Chapter Coach for the past four years. JR’s involvement with his community includes a seat on the City of Fort Worth Board of Adjustment Mayor Appointment served as Commissioner for the City of Fort Worth Building Standards Commission.

Luis Padilla, 2015 President, NAHREP South Florida – Luis’ career has taken him from commercial and residential lending, to property management and real estate sales, as well as owning numerous real estate businesses over the past 20 years. Ranked consistently as a top agent nationally, Luis is now the co-owner of RE/MAX Oceanside Realty along with his wife, Debbie.

Michelle Rosa-Patruno, 2015 President, NAHREP Queens – For the past 16 years, Michelle has been a significant force in the residential mortgage industry in Queens, New York. Her dedication to Hispanic homebuyers has earned her many distinctions, including 2015 Top Latina Star. Under her guidance and leadership, the Queens Chapter experienced extraordinary growth and success.

Program Lead:

Daisy Lopez Cid, Director, NAHREP and 2012 NAHREP Central Florida President – Over the past decade, Daisy has become a force to be reckoned with in the industry. She has earned many distinctions for her success, including a spot as one of the Top 10 Latino Agents in the United States for four consecutive years, a finalist for La Prensa Newspaper’s Hispanic Women Who Make a Difference Awards, and the 2011 Puerto Rican Parade Boriken Award for Business Woman of the Year.

Program Chairman:

Armando Tam, Director of Business Development, NAHREP and 2009 NAHREP Bay Area Founding President – As the program chairman, Armando provides his expertise to the coaches through the yea. During his tenure as Chapter President, Armando built the Bay Area Chapter’s membership base to over 1,400 active members. His success as a Chapter President and insight into the organization as Business Development Director provides him the tools necessary to mentor and guide the coaches to success.
