In an effort to increase the number of Latinos in the mortgage banking industry, Wells Fargo introduces the Next Generation Home Mortgage Consultant Development Program. This 13-month program is designed to build influencing and negotiation skills that can be transitioned into a career in the mortgage business.
Beginning as a Mortgage Sales Specialist, qualified candidates will learn the necessary skill sets to excel as Home Mortgage Consultants post completion of the program. This program launches in Los Angeles, Detroit, Pheonix and Charlotte this June and July. For more information, click here.
