Installing a new board and president is always exciting! Our NAHREP La Jolla chapter welcomed in Johnny Perez as their 2018 Chapter President on January 18 at the Cuvier Club in San Diego. The board was sworn in by San Diego Port Commissioner, Rafael Castellano.
