Q: WHO SHOULD ATTEND NAHREP AT L’ATTITUDE?

Any and all housing industry professionals who want to learn how best to service the Latino mega market should attend NAHREP at L’ATTITUDE!

Q: HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?

Q: WHEN DOES EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION CLOSE?

Early Bird ends July 30, 2021.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A NAHREP MEMBER AND GET THE DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION PRICE?

Membership is only $49 per year! Access to the nation’s premier real estate trade association is only a few clicks away. For your convenience, you can now join NAHREP as a member as you register for the event.

Q: HOW WILL MY MEMBER REGISTRATION BE VERIFIED?

NAHREP Members, make sure to type in the email address associated with your active membership in order to receive the current discounted membership rate. If you recently purchased or renewed your membership, please allow up to 72 hours for it to reflect in the system. Call our membership department with any questions at (858) 622-9046 during normal business hours. If you’re not an active member, you’ll have an opportunity to add membership shortly, and register at the discounted rate.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A NAHREP PLATINUM MEMBER AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS MEMBERSHIP?

Platinum membership is a higher level of membership for the most involved and dedicated NAHREP members. At $199 a year, Platinum members enjoy many benefits including membership to all NAHREP Chapters and exclusive benefits at national conferences and conventions. For your convenience, you can now join NAHREP as a Platinum member when you register for the event.

Q: WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Life happens, and we understand that! We will miss you at the event and we are happy to refund you any registration cost through September 1, 2021. We are unfortunately not able to process any refunds after this time. There will be a $20 cancellation fee to any refunds. Please see cancellation FAQ below.

Q: WHAT IF I AM NOT HISPANIC AND I WANT TO JOIN NAHREP?

NAHREP membership is open to all professionals within the housing industry. Our only requirement is that you share our passion for sustainable Hispanic homeownership through the empowerment of the real estate professionals who serve the community.

Cancellation FAQ

Q: WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR THE COST OF MY REGISTRATION?

If you purchased your registration with a credit card, your registration will be refunded if requested by September 1st for a $20 cancellation fee if you paid for registration. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to see a credit to your account.

Q: WHAT IF I AM A SPEAKER, SPONSOR OR INVITED GUEST TO THE CONFERENCE AND I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you are a speaker, sponsor or invited guest to the conference, please contact NAHREP directly to discuss any questions or concerns. Please contact Corinne Couch at registration@nahrep.org for event related questions.

Onsite FAQ

Q: WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE TAKEN?

All conference attendees must wear masks. As the event nears we will be sure to communicate any updates.

Q: WILL I GET A BADGE?

Yes, and there will be a $25 replacement fee should you misplace your badge. You will need your badge to enter any general sessions, receptions, or ticketed events.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM?

Only registered attendees may book under the group rate of $309/night, which WILL sell out by August! After you complete your registration, you will be directed to where you can book as part of the block. Please note you will not be able to book under the group rate any other way. See Accommodations for more detail.

Q: WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Come dressed in your sharpest business professional attire.

Q: IS THE EVENT IN SPANISH OR DO I NEED TO SPEAK SPANISH TO BE A NAHREP MEMBER?

No! You need not be bilingual to join NAHREP or find tremendous value in the sessions at NAHREP at L’ATTITUDE, though more than 60% of our members do speak Spanish. Attendees experience a unique blend of educational, business and networking opportunities that help advance their business success within the Latino communities they currently serve or want to begin to service.
