REQUIRED: Upload Vaccination Cards to CrowdPass Before Arrival

We can’t wait to see the NAHREP familia in beautiful Washington, D.C. in just a few weeks! In order to provide the safest event environment possible, NAHREP requires that all attendees provide proof of a full course of up to date COVID-19 vaccination through CrowdPass, HERE. Crowdpass May take 24-48 hours to approve vaccination cards, don’t wait any further complete it today!

Spend five minutes to create an account, answer a few health screening questions and upload a photo of your vaccination card for verification. Avoid the crowd, submit your pass today!

Before picking up your badge, you’ll want to show your CrowdPass approved verification email and have your temperature taken at the Verification desk on the lobby level of the Ritz Carlton and then proceed to the event registration desk on the ballroom level of the hotel. CrowdPass verification and a temperature check is required for entry. You can upload your vaccination card on CrowdPass HERE.

NAHREP is following local health and safety guidelines at this event. To pick up your badge and enter the event, you will need to be fully vaccinated. All attendees must:

  • Be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before arrival. This is defined as having received either the first two doses of Pfizer or Moderna OR the first dose of J&J.
  • Provide proof of vaccination prior to arrival.
  • Submit to a temperature check.
  • Sign the health attestation and waiver/consent form confirming that:
    • You have not been diagnosed with or tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days
    • You have not had a cough, temperature of 100.4F or above or any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. If you develop any of these symptoms at any point before or during the event, you will immediately inform event staff.
    • You have not been in close contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or an individual self-isolating for COVID-19

Face coverings (masks completely covering nose and mouth) are required for all guests, personnel, volunteers and speakers, regardless of vaccination status, during all indoor events and activities, with the following exceptions:

Individuals with a medical health condition or disability that prevents them from wearing a mask;

  • Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulations or workplace safety guidelines:
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
  • Individuals seeking an exception meeting any of the above conditions are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to entry into the event site.

Physical Distancing

Social distancing will be enforced as needed.

NAHREP reserves the right to implement protective measures that it deems necessary to protect all personnel, attendees, guests and patrons of the event, including requiring a vaccine booster for entry and the use of physical distancing and barriers.

Masks and hand sanitizers will be provided onsite at no cost.
