Q: HOW DO I REGISTER FOR NAHREP AT AVANCE Global?
Click the Register Now button to get started. It will take you to our official registration page where you can complete your sign-up.
Q: WHAT IS THE PROXIMO NEXT TRACK, AND WHO IS IT DESIGNED FOR?
ProXimo Next is a dedicated track within the event, tailored specifically for adult children (ages 18 to 35) of registered Latino leaders. This unique program aims to equip the next generation with the vision, tools, and connections necessary to build and sustain multi-generational wealth. Participants will engage in exclusive sessions and social events, connecting them with like-minded peers, mentors, and industry leaders. Please note that to enroll in ProXimo Next, the participant’s parent or guardian must be a registered attendee.
Q: HOW DO I REGISTER MY ADULT CHILD FOR PROXIMO NEXT?
You will have the option to register your adult child (ages 18 to 35) for ProXimo Next during your own registration process. If you’ve already completed your registration, you can go back and modify it at any time to add them.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM?

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A NAHREP PLATINUM MEMBER AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
You can add a Platinum Membership during the event registration process. As a Platinum Member, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the Platinum Lounge along with other onsite benefits designed to enhance your conference experience.
For a limited time, Platinum Membership is available for $199. The rate will increase soon, so we encourage you to secure yours early and make the most of the added perks.

Q: HOW WILL MY MEMBER REGISTRATION BE VERIFIED?
Your membership is verified with the email address associated with your active NAHREP membership during registration. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our membership team at (858) 622-9046 during regular business hours.

Cancellation FAQ
Q: WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We understand that plans can change. If you’re no longer able to attend, you may request a refund through September 11, 2025. A $50 transaction fee will apply.
Refunds are not available after that date. To submit a formal refund request, please email registration@nahrep.org. For more details about cancellations, see the additional FAQs in this section.
Q: WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF MY REGISTRATION?
Yes, if you paid by credit card, you may request a refund by September 11, 2025. A $50 transaction fee will apply.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account after your refund is processed.
Q: WHAT IF I AM A SPEAKER, SPONSOR OR INVITED GUEST TO THE CONFERENCE AND I NEED TO CANCEL?
If you are a confirmed speaker, sponsor, or invited guest and need to make changes to your participation, please contact us directly at registration@nahrep.org. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Onsite FAQ
Q: WILL I GET A BADGE?
Yes, all registered attendees will receive a conference badge at check-in. Your badge is required for access to general sessions, receptions, and all ticketed events.
If your badge is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee will apply.
Q: I WANT TO COVER THE EVENT, DO I NEED A MEDIA PASS?
Media passes are available to verified members of the press, including journalists, reporters, and editorial content creators covering the event for a recognized print, digital, or broadcast outlet.
Creating content for personal or company social media does not qualify for a media pass. For example, posting an Instagram story from your booth is allowed without a media pass, but recording sessions or conducting interviews for publication requires one.
Q: HOW CAN I GET A MEDIA PASS?
To request a media pass, please contact press@nahrep.org. Our team will provide next steps and answer any questions about media access.
Q: IS THE EVENT IN SPANISH OR DO I NEED TO SPEAK SPANISH TO BE A NAHREP MEMBER?
You do not need to speak Spanish to join NAHREP or to benefit from attending NAHREP at AVANCE Global. While many of our members are bilingual, all sessions are presented in English unless otherwise noted.
