While Hispanics continue to experience the most significant household income gains in comparison to other population groups, their under-participation in non-cash financial assets at any income level persists. Developed by NAHREP, the Embrace Wealth Intensive (EWI) workshop debuted May 24, 2017 in La Jolla, CA in a one-day, in-person format as a means of educating Latinos and others on the mindset and know-how needed to generate income and build generational wealth.
Presented by NAHREP Co-Founder & CEO Gary Acosta, content was designed to introduce participants to new disciplines around wealth management and investment strategies in order to create long lasting, generational wealth. The sold out workshop featured real estate-specific business building techniques from guest speaker and self-made millionaire Juan Martinez, CEO, Century 21 Americana.
Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, NAHREP will look to schedule additional iterations of the Embrace Wealth Intensive and will explore additional distribution strategies of similar wealth building education.
