2025 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Methodology

The Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators is compiled through a self-nomination process based on residential loans closed during the previous calendar year. Nominations for the award open in January 1, 2025 and close February 28, 2025. Mortgage originators are encouraged to nominate themselves and any deserving colleagues. To be eligible, nominees are required to submit their personal number of closed mortgages to be ranked against other nominees.

Nominations may be disqualified or modified where third-party validation is not available or consistent. In instances where there is a tie based on number of mortgages closed, higher rank is given to originators with greater sales volume. Ethnic background is confirmed through self-attestation.
