NAHREP seeks to celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments of the association's members and Latino agents from across the country. Since the first report in 2012, the Top 250 Latino Agent list gives the association the opportunity to recognize the dedication and hard work that goes into creating sustainable homeownership for Latino families in our communities.
2024
This years report, in association with Freddie Mac, recognized 784 top producing Latino real estate agents and team leads across the country and within each region. Collectively, Top 250 award honorees closed 37,895 transactions with $16.2 billion in sales volume in 2023.

For the second year in a row, the 2015 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents award was comprised solely of agents who self-nominated for the distinction. The fourth annual report acknowledges one-hundred additional agents who did not rank as a part of the Top 250, but whose hard work earned them an honorable mention from among their peers.

NAHREP's third annual report, the 2014 Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents award is comprised only of agents who self-nominated for the recognition – a testament to the growing prestige of the honor.
