For the first year, the list is topped by a woman as the #1 agent. For the second year in a row, the 2015 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents award was comprised solely of agents who self-nominated for the distinction. The fourth annual report acknowledges one-hundred additional agents who did not rank as a part of the Top 250, but whose hard work earned them an honorable mention from among their peers.

NAHREP's third annual report, the 2014 Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents award is comprised only of agents who self-nominated for the recognition – a testament to the growing prestige of the honor. The report acknowledges agents whose total closings have distinguished them among the more than 50,000 Latinos in the real estate industry.

In association with Impac Mortgage and PrimeLending, NAHREP's second annual Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents report created a splash in the real estate industry. The report earned agents recognition from their peers as well as industry heavyweights.

As the association's first inaugural Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents report, this report marked an important milestone in NAHREP's history. The 2012 report utilized third-party market research and acknowledges Latino agents from all major markets.
