In collaboration with the Hispanic Wealth Project, NAHREP released the annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report at the 2016 Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference. Key data in the report shows an increase in new Hispanic owner households while overall U.S. homeownership rates have declined for the twelfth consecutive year. “The Hispanic homeownership numbers were very encouraging and all leading indicators strongly suggest that the trend will continue,” said Joseph Nery, 2016 NAHREP President.
