People were glued to their seats for the NAHREP Real Deal event including both Mike and Tom Ferry. The event was held from July 26th to 27th at Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa and drew a crowd of over 1,000 attendees.
“NAHREP’s robust personal and professional network enables us to deliver stellar educational content that surpasses those of other real estate organizations,” said Co-Founder & CEO Gary Acosta.
NAHREP’s broad web of influence, access, and contacts is unparalleled in the industry, especially considering the exclusive connections with industry superstars and other high-profile partners. The organization provides for its members priceless opportunities such as this historic reunion between an infamously competitive father and son.
“I would argue that everyone inside this room, you are two or three disciplined tweaks away from positioning yourself the right way from making sure that you stand out and become at least on people’s consideration when they sell their house,” shared Tom Ferry at the event.
“Only about 10% of the agents are looking for sellers, and 90% of agents are looking for buyers. We sit and wait during an open house because we’re waiting for someone to find us,” said Mike Ferry. “There’s less competition looking for sellers.”
Mike and Tom Ferry’s individual keynotes were followed by two panels of their top producers, a presentation from Andy Dane Carter on flipping for profit, and a discussion between father and son.
