A Joint Statement from L’ATTITUDE Co-Founders Gary Acosta and Sol Trujillo

L’ATTITUDE began with a vision to create a new and accurate narrative about Latinos in America’s New Mainstream Economy. It evolved into a major media event that has shared the most compelling data and conversations showcasing the achievements of some of the best and brightest in all sectors of the economy.

In seven short years, nearly 40,000 attendees participated in the L’ATTITUDE event, where they have made connections, acquired customers, and witnessed conversations with CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, a-list celebrities, and two U.S. Presidents.

Our goal was to establish a benchmark for business conferences. That goal was achieved through unique branding and positioning of a business event centered on Latinos and Latinas as drivers of The New Mainstream Economy in 21st-century America. Special thanks to the significant contributions of the NAHREP staff and organization as partners.

We want to acknowledge and thank the sponsors, partners, and participants over the last seven years who helped bring our vision to life. We also thank our partners Emilio Estefan and Oscar Muñoz, who contributed to the event’s success.

While 2024 was the last event called L’ATTITUDE, the vision that drove us both will continue and will drive our separate new, expanded, and exciting individual initiatives.
