2027 National Events
NAHREP leadership walks incoming boards through the 2027 national events calendar and makes the case for why skipping any of them costs more than the ticket. The conversation opens with what full-bundle redemption for the three chapters that used theirs in 2026, with those chapter presidents joining on stage to share exactly how they got their whole board to redeem, before turning to what is ahead in 2027 and why it is worth building the trip into every chapter budget now.

Event Planning 101
Chapter event and marketing directors get hands-on time with NAHREP national to map out where a chapter leader's responsibility ends and where the Events Leadership Model and coaching support begin. Grand Ballroom

What the Midterm Elections Means for Your Business
Two weeks after the November 3 midterms decide control of the U.S. House, an expert panel discusses the political shift into terms that matter for your business: what changes for lending, housing policy, and business planning heading into 2027. The conversation connects Washington to wealth creation and closes with a look ahead to NAHREP's 2027 Homeownership & Housing Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., where these conversations move to the nation's capital.

The Great Wealth Transfer and the Future of Latino Wealth
NAHREP releases its newest State of Hispanic Wealth Report alongside the NAHREP network survey this September, right as the great wealth transfer becomes one of the biggest financial stories in the country. This conversation focuses on whether that transfer widens the gap or closes it, and what either outcome means for you. The panel will look at the Report to review what the numbers mean for the Midwest, introduce the organization's work, and open the door to the High Net Worth Boot Camp for those ready to build a personal wealth plan of their own.
