The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals released their top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Award for 2016, and four Georgia lenders were honored.
Some of the lenders appear within the top 100 Latino Mortgage Originators from non-depository lenders as well.
The nominees were selected for the number of mortgages they closed the previous year.
The four lenders awarded as mortgage originators are:
- Shirley Vega, Alterra Home Loans, Alpharetta (109 mortgages closed)
- Ana Ortiz, Regions Mortgage, Dalton (99 mortgages closed)
- Luis Correa, Alterra Home Loans, Norcross (91 mortgages closed)
- Karina Mejia, Alterra Home Loans, Duluth (84 mortgages closed)
The three lenders also awarded as non-depository lenders are:
