Martinez ranked No.167 on NAHREP’s list of the real estate industry’s leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers in America. She also earned Top 250 recognition in 2012. Fifteen affiliated Coldwell Banker agents nationwide were recognized among the Top 250 Latino Agents for 2016.
The Top 250 report recognizes “agents whose hard work and dedication has led them to close an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the county.” According to NAHREP, the Top 250 represents 24,163.92 in closed transaction sides and over $5.26 billion in total sales volume. Honorees were selected from a pool of 700 self-nominated agents, the largest selection of candidates since the award debuted in 2012.
