In partnership with the Hispanic Wealth Project, NAHREP released the 2017 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report on February 27, 2018. The eighth edition details the forces and trends behind Hispanic homeownership versus the country’s overall homeownership rate.

This year’s report evaluates the impact of natural disasters, policy changes, including immigration reform, and inventory shortages on projected growth from the Hispanic consumer segment. This is the eighth annual installment of the report highlighting the homeownership growth and household formation of Hispanics as well as their educational achievements, entrepreneurial endeavors, labor force profile, and purchasing power in the United States.
