NAHREP released the 2018 Top 250 Latino Agents report on July 23rd. This year’s report includes rankings of top millennial agents, top agents and teams by volume, and top agents by major market regions. This is the first year that the NAHREP Top 250 recognizes the top Latino-led teams. NAHREP is proud to recognize these agents set apart from the nearly 115 thousand Latinos in real estate by their dedication to homeownership. We appreciate the outstanding number of transactions these agents and teams achieved in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership.

The report revealed some interesting findings about who makes up the Top 250 Agents. Most of the agents on the NAHREP Top 250 are much younger than the typical agent, according to National Association of Realtors’ statistics, with the majority of the agents on the list being in the 36-to-51 age bracket. Language seems to be an important factor, given that 95% of individual Top 250 Agents recognized on the list are bilingual. This pattern will likely continue, as 92% of the Top 50 Millennial agents are bilingual, and each of the Top 25 Millennial Teams are led by a bilingual agent. Interestingly, 94% of all female team leaders are bilingual, where only 85% of male team leaders are bilingual.

The report relies on a self-nomination process followed by rigorous data review. NAHREP encourages everyone to nominate themselves and their colleagues. NAHREP takes all nominations into consideration prior to announcing final results. In addition to broker attestation, sales data submitted is independently verified for accuracy and consistency with reporting methodology. Download the report at https://nahrep.org/top250/agent and see who made the list.
