There is a huge role for all of us to play here, not only because we need to ensure that we protect the wealth Latinos have created through homeownership over the past few years, but because we should always seek to be a part of the solution. Many Latinos will be confused over what happens next. We need to educate ourselves first so that we can be the best source of information for our clients. But aside from that, we might just have an uptick of inventory this Fall as a result of forbearance expiring and we have to be ready for that.
