We’re honored this year to have both 2018 NAHREP National President Daisy Lopez-Cid and NAHREP Executive Director Marisa Calderon chosen for HousingWire’s 2018 Women of Influence. We’re very proud and grateful to have such amazing leadership.
During Daisy’s tenure as NAHREP president, she has launched new chapters in strategic markets including Puerto Rico, Boston and Philadelphia, and drew 10,000 professionals to become NAHREP members, a 50 percent increase over last year. In January, she was named Humanitarian of the Year by the Oceola County Association of Realtors for her efforts in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
Marisa is the author of the annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, an industry benchmark that coalesces data and research across a broad cross-section within and outside of the industry. Calderon also served on the Advisory Board for Banc of California and the Fannie Mae Affordable Housing Advisory Council in 2017.
