2020 President Sara Rodriguez Receives HousingWire Award for Second Consecutive Year

HousingWire has been honoring high-achieving women across the U.S. housing economy with the Women of Influence award since 2010. It is NAHREP’s honor to share that HousingWire has selected 2020 President Sara Rodriguez for the award for the second consecutive year!

Sara Rodriguez was recognized last year in 2019 and joins the 2020 class as a returning honoree, the first NAHREP honoree to win the award multiple years. Sara is a successful business owner and attorney who has already set a new standard for tenacity and passion in spite of the pandemic.

Over the last year, Titan Title has opened a new office, expanding its footprint across the D.C.-Virginia area, and is also striding ahead in operating remotely. She is involved in the nationwide movement for RON (remote online notarization.) As part of the NAHREP National Advocacy Committee, she joined NAHREP SVP, Public Policy & Industry Relations Noerena Limón to speak with representatives from the offices of The Honorable Senator Dianne Feinstein and The Honorable Secretary of State Alex Padilla about moving forward with RON.

Even more recently, at Titan Title, Sara has recently begun an effort that organizes and delivers food to people in need due to COVID-19. In this time, Sara believes the real estate community has an opportunity to grow and thrive by sharing tools and teaching best practices through the internet. She is a strong proponent of taking your business online and is helping lead the way by speaking in educational webinars and online events.

We’re thrilled to have our 2020 President Sara Rodriguez lead us through the rest of the year and continue her vision for NAHREP towards the future!
