The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals released their top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Award for 2016, and five South Florida lenders were honored.
Some of the lenders appear within the top 100 Latino Mortgage Originators from non-depository lenders as well.
The nominees were selected for the number of mortgages they closed the previous year.
The five lenders awarded as mortgage originators are:
- Frank Figuero, Regions Mortgage, Miami (146 mortgages closed)
- Jo Jones, Supreme Lending, Delray Beach (124 mortgages closed)
- Jason Anthony Concepcion, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Miami (88 mortgages closed)
- Cesar Del Collado, Regions Mortgage, Miami (87 mortgages closed)
- Glamiris Sosa, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Fort Lauderdale (83 mortgages closed)
The one lender also recognized as non-depository lender is:
- Jo Jones, Supreme Lending, Delray Beach (124 mortgages closed)
