CLIFTON — The Rosado Team, led by Broker Sales Associate Frances Rosado, ranked as the No.1 real estate sales team for total units sold in Clifton during 2014 and 2015, according to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS). In 2015, the Rosado Team achieved more than $12 million in sales and 40 units sold.
The team, which is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Montclair, also ranked as the No.1 real estate sales team in Montclair for 2014 and 2015 based on total units sold, according to GSMLS. The Rosado Team’s success has continued into 2016 with recognition as the No. 1 team in the Montclair office for January, March, April and May.

The Rosado Team also earned the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Team Award for 2015, an honor that places them within the Top 49 percent of approximately 2,400 Coldwell Banker sales associate teams in the U.S. and Canada.
Rosado attained the N.J. REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the prestigious Gold Level based on her exceptional real estate sales performance in 2015. She is a member of the N.J. REALTORS Distinguished Sales Club, a recognition achieved upon winning the N.J. REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 10 years or more.
