Leading Latino real estate agents from across the country will collaborate in an exchange of ideas, and business practices for ultimate success
San Diego, CA – August 18, 2015 – With a closing average of 83 units and $16 million in transaction volume in 2015, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Association’s® (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Agents have been invited to receive special recognition at NAHREP’s 2015 National Convention & Latin Music Festival to be held at the downtown Chicago Hilton September 20 – 22, 2015.
“The Top 250 Latino Agents made up nearly $4 billion in total transactions last year,” says Gary Acosta, NAHREP co-founder and CEO, “Their work in propelling Latino homeownership is central to our mission and for that reason we’ve created an excellent program at our convention where we not only recognize these individuals but also provide exceptional resources to help them advance even further; we believe the sky’s the limit.”
The Top 250 Latino Agent group will have the opportunity to attend the invitation-only NAHREP Icons Mastermind Session at the convention. This session provides the highly successful agents with a platform to discuss effective business strategies with other top producing agents in a peer-to-peer roundtable.
In addition, the NAHREP Foundation will be hosting a session at the national convention called “Below the Bottom Line Training” that the Top 250 Latino Agents will be exclusively joining as initial participants. This session is part of the foundation’s Hispanic Wealth Project goal to triple Hispanic household wealth in the next ten years by increasing the understanding of financial management and investment in the Latino community, along with other initiatives.
NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents are seen as frontrunners who have significant expertise in the industry and they will lead panel sessions at the convention where they discuss their strategies for success and will inform attendees on how to create mastermind groups with business peers to help reach professional goals.
