LOS ANGELES (January 5, 2018) – U.S. Bank Home Mortgage has named Lenny McNeill to lead its national Specialized Sales Team focused on serving multicultural customers.
McNeill, who will retain the title senior vice president national managing director, will lead a team committed to furthering the focus of U.S. Bank Home Mortgage on multicultural customers, which includes offering loans that qualify for Community Reinvestment Act credit. In addition, he will manage the team that supports the growth of home equity lines of credit, which beginning in 2018, will be part of the reporting requirements for banks under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
McNeill has been with U.S. Bank since 2013. He is a member of several boards, including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services.
He has been recognized for his diversity and multicultural work by several publications, including Essence magazine, Mortgage Originator and Savoy Magazine, in which he was named one of the Top 100 African Americans in Corporate America.
McNeill, who is based in Los Angeles, previously held leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase, Lone Star/Caliber Funding, Bank of America and Washington Mutual Bank.
