NAHREP Releases List of Top Latino Real Estate Agents in America

With Fewer Transactions Nationwide, Latino Agents in More Affordable Markets Top the List

SAN DIEGO – June 26, 2024 – The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®), with support from Freddie Mac, unveiled its 13th annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report, highlighting the Nation’s elite Latino real estate agents.

The report, available exclusively on NAHREP’s new Top 250 portal, ranks the achievements of Latino real estate professionals in individual and team categories and includes regional and national rankings. NAHREP’s new Top 250 portal allows honorees to easily share their recognition with local media and on social media platforms by utilizing customized media assets and links.

A severe shortage of homes for sale continues to drive prices upward and transactions downward. The NAHREP 2023 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report released in March suggests that Latino homeownership continues to grow largely due to Latino homebuyers willingness to migrate to markets where there are jobs and more affordable homes. The Top 250 report supports this trend showing a higher percentage of honorees being from smaller markets in the Midwest and Southern regions of the country.

Anywhere Brands, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams were the brands with the greatest number of honorees. Collectively agents across all Top 250 award categories closed 37,895 transactions with $16.2 billion in sales volume.

The report also revealed that nearly two-thirds (or 61.8 percent) of the overall number of closed transactions were buyer-side transactions, further highlighting the significant role of Latino agents to homebuyers.
