The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and America’s Homeowner Alliance (AHA) Announce the Formation of a Strategic Alliance

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and America’s Homeowner Alliance (AHA) announced today the formation of a strategic alliance where membership in NAHREP will now include a free lifetime membership in the AHA. All existing members of NAHREP will be offered enrollment in AHA through a chapter-by-chapter roll-out beginning immediately. America’s Homeowner Alliance, entering its 10th year of full operation, is a 501c(4) non-profit advocate voice to ‘protect and promote sustainable homeownership for all segments of America.’ AHA is the first advocacy and member benefits alliance to represent the exclusive and personal interest of each existing and aspiring homeowner in the U.S. Using the power of the voice of the consumer, AHA has gained recognition and influenced public and business policy and practices through its 10-year history.

All new NAHREP members will now be provided Free Lifetime AHA Membership when enrolling in NAHREP. In addition to membership benefits provided by the AHA to NAHREP members, AHA will also be ushering creative new business opportunities and products to NAHREP members to enhance owner-occupant homeownership opportunities for consumers served by NAHREP. The first three business opportunity enhancements from AHA will be delivered to NAHREP chapters through pilot initiatives starting in the second quarter of 2022. NAHREP has agreed to a meaningful financial engagement in AHA to support the delivery of these business opportunities, help grow membership, and help fund unique AHA research and studies. NAHREP Co-Founder & CEO Gary Acosta states, “I believe that homeowners need their rights protected, and there is no other organization whose sole focus is to protect and preserve homeownership for all Americans.”

NAHREP is a purpose-driven organization and is the voice for Hispanic Real Estate® and proud champions of homeownership for the Hispanic community. Homeownership is the symbol of the American Dream, the cornerstone of wealth creation and a stabilizing force for working families. NAHREP’s role as trusted advisors and passionate advocates is to help more Hispanic families achieve the American Dream of homeownership in a sustainable way that empowers them for generations to come.

Together, the NAHREP and AHA alliance will add a larger voice of Hispanic consumers to that of other consumer segments, thereby augmenting the ability to guide and influence housing policy and practices.
