Eddy Perez, CEO of EPM Appointed as Chairman of NAHREP®️’s Corporate Board of Governors
Perez to lead board of industry leaders that help shape NAHREP’s priorities and expand its reach
SAN DIEGO, CA—March 4, 2021—The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) announced today that Equity Prime Mortgage (EPM) CEO, Eddy Perez will chair the organization’s 2021 Corporate Board of Governors. Perez, a successful Cuban-American entrepreneur, takes the helm at a time when Hispanics have become the leading source of homeownership growth in America.

I cannot remember a time when there were more challenges and opportunities in the market,” said 2021 NAHREP President Sara Rodriguez. “Eddy Perez is one of the most talented and respected professionals in our industry. Eddy Perez, CMB, is CEO of Equity Prime Mortgage based in Atlanta, Georgia where he oversees sales, capital markets, diversity and inclusion, marketing, finance & new business. As co-founder of Equity Prime Mortgage, recognized as part of the Inc. 5000, he has excelled within the mortgage industry being named one of the nation’s top mortgage bankers, recognized in National Mortgage Professionals Magazine’s “40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals under 40.” He will serve with Co-Chair David Acosta, the immediate past president of the National Board of Directors.
The Corporate Board of Governors (CBOG) is comprised of executives from NAHREP’s top corporate partners, major trade associations, and civil rights organizations. The Corporate board provides industry and practitioner insights on the Hispanic real estate market, analyzes business opportunities for NAHREP’s corporate partners, and advises the organization on housing policy.
