Hispanics Among the Most Powerful in Real Estate

Six Hispanics were recognized in the 10th annual 2023 SP 200 ranking of the 200 Most Powerful and Influential executives in residential real estate.

According to the Urban Institute, more than 70% of homeownership growth over the next 20 years will come from the Hispanic community. This projection is based on age, household formations, and workforce participation trends. However, substantial improvements in housing affordability, access to credit, and industry diversity are all required to meet this projection. While NAHREP celebrates the achievements of the Hispanic executives recognized in this report, many more Hispanic executives at the highest levels of the housing industry will be needed to help service the growth in the Hispanic homebuyer population in the coming years.
