In partnership with the Hispanic Wealth Project, NAHREP released the 2017 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report on February 27, 2018. The eighth edition details the forces and trends behind Hispanic homeownership versus the country’s overall homeownership rate.
The 2018 Leadership Academy took place in Washington, DC on February 25-26, 2018. The academy is where future leaders of the organization learn about the history of the association, the course NAHREP is set to take in the upcoming year, and gives participants first-hand experience from industry leaders.
NAHREP hit Washington D.C. on February 26-28 for the annual Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference where driven industry professionals, top government officials, and high ranking housing and real estate executives took part in three days of education, insight, and advocacy. With approximately 800 registered guests, this year was the best attended policy conference ever.
NAHREP Central Valley hosted their Installation Celebration Gala on February 1.

Passion to Inspire: an epic event on February 1 from NAHREP LASGV! NAHREP CEO & Co-Founder Gary Acosta installed their new board members and the night ended with entertainment and dancing.
It was an evening of dinner and dancing with a live salsa band and mariachi at NAHREP San Fernando’s Installation Gala on February 8.

The Hispanic Wealth Project (HWP), in collaboration with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), today released their annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, which shows that Hispanics continue to increase their rate of homeownership despite external challenges.
